Sura 63 or 'They Hypocrites' is an entire chapter of hate-speech. The 'hypocrites' are Jews and Christians, in particular those living in Medina, which Muhammad made his capital for his system of plunder, violence and misogyny. Every single verse is hate-speech. It threatens, denigrates and promotes violence against Jews and Christians. The good slaves of the Allah thing [Hub'Al the moon deity, derived from the Babylonian Sin]; must wage war against those who have rejected the real-world pretensions and power-mongering of Muhammad, the chosen 'messenger' of his own family idol [Muhammad's last name was Abdullah, slave of Allah, and his family were caretakers to Hub'Al's shrine at the Kabaa].

Allah has cursed the hypocrites. The hypocrites are described in this Sura as greedy, stupid, deceitful, criminal and rebellious. These are hardly appellations of multi-cult tolerance, love and compassion for the 'other'. Neither do they speak to the Golden Rule. You can always find some Marxist nitwit or Moslem supremacist who will whine about the 'translation'. Every single Moslem-Arabic translator will give you the same results. The words are what they are.

Only Allah has will, meaning that Moslems and all humans are merely slaves of his will-power. In that context, Allah decides all, manages all, arranges all and like a cartoon figure of evil, knows all. He will determine who he 'saves' and who he 'curses'. It matters not therefore what you do in this life. It matters not if you are good, or bad, ethical or prudent, industrious, or productive. Your only hope for salvation lies in the whimsy and fancy of the Allah thing:

The hypocrites do not understand that only Allah [aka Muhammad] is the animating force of all decisions, actions, and events; and only this Allah thing [a dialectical animist power ?], will grant heaven to his slaves. Such a theology comes right out of the Bronze age. In ancient Sumeria, and 'Old' Babylonia, the law codes were simple and manichean. Do this, don't do that. If you do this you lose an eye; if you do that you are killed; if you steal that you pay this amount back etc. The intent was social order. The communal was very strong, the individual relatively weak. Further, the Sumerian and Old Babylonian theologies were passive. People propitiated various gods in the hopes that something bad would not happen [floods, bad harvest, war etc.]. Only these gods had will and the capacity to impact life's events. The human did not. The human was merely a tool, a pawn, a 'thing' at the mercy of larger forces.

This is exactly the same ethos of Islam. The Bronze Age cult of Sumeria informs almost all of the mores of the cult of Muhammad. Do this, don't do that. Don't befriend Infidels. Don't marry Infidel women. Take as many sex slaves as you like. Women should breed. Infidels are liars and hypocrites and should be fought against. Allah blesses only those of his cult who propitiate and satiate his desire for complete human submission.

Bronze age cults are cults not religions. They espouse passivity, fatalism and propose a non-linear view of life and progress. They deny free-will and individual rights. The golden rule does not exist. It is simply bizarre that anyone calls Islam, the cult of submission to Hub'Al a religion.
