Suffering through the Koran, Sura 59 'The Gathering'.

I don't recall reading the New Testament's odes and demands to kill Muslims or non-Christ followers. But of course, that is probably just a mis-translated text that I have. The Koran on the other hand, unworthy to be called anything other than a precursor of Mein Kampf, makes a habit on every page to denounce the Kufars and non-Muslims. Sura or Surah 59 is yet another screed against Jews, Christians and anyone who does not accept the Allah cult. It is remarkable in its open violence. Such arrogant swaggering would mean that it was written describing events post 624 AD when the Muslims became a powerful military force, and were planning their eventual 630 AD takeover of Mecca. The verses in this Sura are rather clear and repetitively stated – accept the moon cult as your theology or die. Perhaps Muslims can explain the nuanced cries of compassion, love and tolerance in the following passage, Sura 59:2:

“Little did you think that they would get out: and they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But the (Wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it), and cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers. Take warning, then, O you with eyes (to see)!”

Yet another Kuranic verse drooling and dripping with good intentions, compassion and charity. Jews and Christians were so terrorized by Allah-Muslim power that they destroyed their own societies [in reality the Muslims did that through war and violence.] This Sura was written after Mohammed had taken over Medina and began destroying the Christian and Jewish tribes in the area, a job completed by 628AD. How tolerant. In this destruction the Jewish men and boys were largely slaughtered, their women enslaved and their property absconded by the tolerant Muslim cult. Mohammed took a number of fair Jewish maidens as sex slaves and one as his 3^rd wife. How caring.

This Sura is domineering and sneering - openly boasting about the slaughter and eradication of the hated Kufar in verse 7, when the moon idol and invention of Mohammed, the thing called Allah intercedes and gives his approval for the slaughter and devastation:

“What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships, -- belongs to Allah, - to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer, in order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you.”

How convenient. The eradication of Jewish life and property in Arabia is thus sanctioned by the moon guy and the great man Mohammed can take the booty and do with it what he pleases – as long as he throws a few crumbs and coins to the needy Muslim Umma [Which is required under Muslim law to keep the Umma strong, and produce Muslim warriors. Infidels don't receive charity in Islam of course]. I don't recall Christ saying the above in reference to non-Christians in the New Testament, but I am sure that is just part of the nefarious Jewish plot, to provide to us Kufars inexact versions and renderings of the original Aramean and Hebrew Biblical writings. All the smart people tell me that Mohammed and Christ were the same after all.

There are 24 verses in this Sura. 16 state that the Jews and Christians will be destroyed; or must be attacked; or shall anyways face the wrath of Allah and be retired to eternal hellfire. In other words 67% of this Sura is dedicated to hating the Kufar. 5 verses reiterate that your only duty as a Muslim is to fear the moon idol and follow his or Mohammed's dictums [the two are conflated in the Koran rather conveniently for Mohammed]. 3 verses have some nice things to say about Arabs who became Muslims and who accepted Allah before they were destroyed. None have anything pleasant to say about Jews or Christians, proving yet again that Islam is inter-'faith' love and respect.

v. 3: “...in the Hereafter they shall (certainly) have the punishment of the Fire.”
['They' references Jews, Christians and pagans who don't follow Mohammed.]
v. 4 “...that is because they resisted Allah and his Messenger...”
[Jews and Christians viewed Mohammed as insane for the most part, with his jumbled and incoherent view of the Biblical texts and his inaccurate memory of Jewish-Christian events, personalities and locations.]
v. 13 “Of a truth you are stronger (than they) because of the terror in their hearts, (sent) by Allah. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.”
v. 14 “They will not fight you (even) together, except in fortified townships, or from behind walls....they are a people devoid of wisdom.”
[Jews and Christians are cowards and ignoramuses because they rejected the moon idol cult.]
v. 15 “..in the Hereafter for them there is a grievous Penalty;-”
v. 17 “The end of both will be that they will go into the Fire, dwelling therein forever. Such is the reward of wrong-doers.”
[Wrong doing in the Koran, means not following the Allah cult.]

On and on it goes in the Koran and in this Sura. Not one single sentence nor even a single word in this Sura states anything nice, charitable or tolerable about non-Muslims. The opposite is expressed. The Jews and Christians are cowards hiding behind fortified walls; they are dumb; they will enter eternal hellfire; it is okay to take their lands and monies.....Is this a religious text or a political document justifying extermination and war?

Notice also that 'terror' is used in this Sura in two different verses [2, 13]. This is not a mistaken word choice. Terror is used deliberately by the Koranic [and very human] Arab writers. Mohammed of course stated that he had conquered Arabia through the use of terror and terrorism. The Koran uses the words terror, and terrorize quite a lot to describe the actions of sowing fear into the hearts of the Kufar unbelievers.

But of course the really clever people disassociate the reality of Koranic-Mohammedan terror from Islam. This is to be expected. Yet none of these big brains, nor 'moderate' Muslims can escape from this Sura's basic claim – that Allah demands the reduction and elimination of Jews and Christians using violence, force and 'terror'. Period.
