Suffering through the Koran, Sura 71 'Noah'.

Noah was a Muslim? Yeah okay. Right on.

by Ferdinand III

One of the great tragedies of modern 'thought', or more appropriately, post-modern gibberish, is the lie that Islam is the 'same' or 'just as bad' as Christianity. This is an immoral and to put it politely, ignorant concept. Even Muslims would be offended by it. Christian Europe created the modern world because of 'inalienable' rights, including natural law rights, legal rights, and a respect for the individual and for competition between the various and quite differentiated actors in the political-economy. There is no reformation, renaissance, enlightenment, or constitutional secularity within Islam precisely because Islam, via the Koran, attempts to answer, explain and manage all of our existence. Islam is the only key you will need.

In that vein, Islam must be better than Christianity, a claim certainly made with great vehemence in the Koran. In Islamic theology the Jews and Christians are infidel sub-humans because they corrupted the supposedly uncreated work of the thing Allah, which Mohammed cleverly or through chance ignorance conflated with the Judeo-Christian ideas of divinity. Allah, or Hubal, has of course nothing whatsoever to do with J-C theology or with the Christian ideal of what truly is a 'God'.

In the plagiarization which marks out much of the Koran we find therefore that all the main players in the Torah-New Testament saga are of course 'Muslim'. Pious followers of the Allah moon cult do believe that Moses, Christ and Noah were Muslims, just as they believe that the gibberish in Mein Koran is somehow 'uncreated' when of course it was a man manufactured screed, whose intent is totalitarian control over all aspects of society. How can any sane person read this passage without disbelief and even anger at the supremacist and ahistorical posturing so redolent of Koranic versing:

We sent Noah to his People (with the Command): 'Warn your people before there comes to them a grievous Penalty.' He said 'O my People! I am to you a Warner, clear and open: 'That you should worship Allah, fear Him, and obey me:...What is the matter with you that you do not place your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah, - “ [71:1,2,3,13]

Noah was a Muslim? Are you serious ? A theology invented by Mohammed in 610 AD is now retroactively applied back to a man who lived at the end of the last ice age, some 12.000 years ago, and had to endure the flooding of the Mediterranean basin ? This figure of an epic tale which finds its echo in almost every Near Eastern narrative is now a Muslim because some Koranic scribblers and Mohammed said so ? And there is nothing insane about this claim?

But of course the progenitors of the Jews and Christians did not obey Noah, thus allowing for their eternal punishment and damnation. How very convenient for the cult of Mecca:

Noah said: 'O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, but they follow (men) whose wealth and children give them no increase but only loss.” [71:21]

In fact the followers of Noah are pagans prostrating themselves before Gods that only a Bedouin of the 7th century might recognize:

And they have said (to each other), 'Do not abandon your gods: abandon neither Wadd no Suwa, neither Yaguth nor Ya'ug, nor Nasr';” [71:23]

Right. I doubt that Noah and friends were worshipping Nasr since that Arabicized God form would not have been known to them. But the important point is of course that polytheism in any form, is punished by death in the Koran. This is why the great flood occurred which is narrated in the Torah and New Testament. Noah and the polytheists were being punished by the Allah-thing:

Because of their sins they were drowned (in the flood), and were made to enter the Fire (of punishment): and they found in lieu of Allah – none to help them. And Noah said; 'O my Lord! Do not leave of the Unbelievers, a single one on earth!” [71:26-7]

So now the great flooding of the Mediterranean littoral as the ice age recedes is now re-purposed into Allah cleansing the earth of Unbelievers and clearing it for the true of heart and spirit who follow the moon cult. Thus every human from Noah on downwards is a 'Muslim', or should be. This is why the great flood was enacted. The impure had to be cleaned.

This is gibberish of the worst and highest order. It is true that in Jewish-Christian belief that the flooding of the lowlands around the Mediterranean was attributed to a vengeful God sickened by wickedness and evil. Humans had to atone for their misdeeds. But nowhere in the New Testament or Torah is there a claim that Noah was a follower of Christ, or a mendicant working for the Yahweh theology of Moses. Neither book declares that Noah was a pious preacher of Christian or Jewish theology imparting to the sinful and debauched the true word of David, Benjamin, Jeremiah or Christ. And no where, in either work, is there a demand that Noah and those who survived the flood were Christians or Jews and ones who possessed the 'right path'. Yet Islam does stake this claim and make this demand. Why isn't this ridiculed and hissed at ?

One can find fewer better examples of Islam's mentally dysfunctional nature and its temerity in lying than in reading such verses. All the great and good people were [and presumably are] Muslims. The Jews and Christians were evil people, exampled by the followers of Noah, who lost the right path and must be set right either by converting back to Islam, or through the divine punishment of the Allah thing. This illiteracy is also called supremacism.

The Koran is one of the worst documents ever invented. It supersedes even Mein Kampf in illiteracy and racist violence. To suggest that all of the great actors of Judeo-Christian scripture, such as Noah, were Muslims is just more proof that the cult of Islam is not associated with anything to do with reality, nor with any of the traditions and attributions of Western culture.
