Sura 68 or Nun, claims that Muhammad is not mad even though he was verily quite insane as his contemporaries knews.

68:2 You (O Muhammad SAW) are not, by the Grace of your Lord, a madman.

In fact he was. Indeed, Moslems must venerate the mad Muhammad as a perfect man: 68:4 And verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on an exalted standard of character.

Right. A man who murdered, slave-traded, had a harem of some 15-25 sex slaves; instituted formalized Jihad against non-Moslems, and led 80+ military expeditions to solidify his totalitarian control over pagan Arab tribes is now deemed to be a person of 'an exalted standard of character.' Western professors and media personalities would no doubt agree.

Muhammad is not infected with madness [68:5-7] but Christians and Unbelievers most certainly are and their reward is punishment both temporal and eternal.

68:8 So (O Muhammad SAW) obey not the deniers [(of Islamic Monotheism those who belie the Verses of Allah), the Oneness of Allah, and the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad SAW), etc.]

68: 9 They wish that you should compromise (in religion out of courtesy) with them, so they (too) would compromise with you.

Christians by contrast, are criminals and hypocrites since they worship a Trinitarian God-head.

68:41 Or have they "partners"? Then let them bring their "partners" if they are truthful!

68:42 (Remember) the Day when the Shin shall be laid bare (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) and they shall be called to prostrate (to Allah), but they (hypocrites) shall not be able to do so

Christians cannot prostrate themselves to the moon idol Hub'al or Al-Lah and will be doomed to destruction. Further, Moslems just need to be patient until Allah destroys them:

68:43 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not).

And 68:48 So wait with patience for the Decision of your Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish, [Jonah of the Old Testament] when he cried out (to Us) while he was in deep sorrow. (See the Qur'an, Verse 21:87).

Moslems should just ignore Christians and trust that Allah will annihilate them since they are doomed:

68:44 Then leave Me Alone with such as belie this Qur'an. We shall punish them gradually from directions they perceive not.

Jews and Christians are akin to liars and those who slander, full of lies and venom against the true path of Sharia: 68:11-13 A slanderer, going about with calumnies, Hinderer of the good, transgressor, sinful, Cruel, after all that base-born (of illegitimate birth).

Christians are thus equated with those who are rebellious, criminal, untrustworthy and evil. Such disobedience must be punished temporally and eternally:

68:31 They [Unbelievers] said: "Woe to us! Verily, we were Taghun (transgressors and disobedient, etc.)

68:33 Such is the punishment (in this life), but truly, the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they but knew.

68:35 Shall We then treat the (submitting) Muslims like the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and disbelievers, etc.)?

This chapter is rather clear. Christians are not the equals of Moslems, and they are not 'respected' or 'accepted' by the cult of Muhammad. On the contrary. They are portrayed as mad, crazy, criminal, disobedient, mendacious and deluded. Because Christians refuse to prostrate to the Allah-thing they must be destroyed both in this world and in the next.
