Sin or the moon idol of Mecca and Muhammad

War, rape, plunder in the name of the moon guy.....

by Ferdinand III

The use of the crescent moon in Islam today is a left-over from its pagan-moon worshipping foundation. Only the true believers in cultural Marxism; and the Islam-is-peace cult; reject the proof of archaeology, extant documents and historical facts. Thousands of inscriptions from walls and rocks in Northern Arabia attest to moon worship and the ilah or 'the Lord' of the moon as the idol above all other gods or goddesses. Bas-reliefs and votive bowls used in offering ceremonies to the 3 daughters of Allah [or the wife and two daughters] are scattered in their multitude across Arabia. The three female goddesses; al-Lat, al-Uzza and Manat are sometimes depicted together with Allah the Moon-god represented by a crescent moon above them. The moon uber alles. The archeological evidence demonstrates that the dominant religion of Arabia was the cult of the Moon-god. Facts are facts which truly offend the Western lovers of the pagan Arabian moon cult.

Moon worship was legion in the Near Eastern world of antiquity. In ancient Syria and Canaan, the Moon-god Sin was usually represented in its crescent phase. A symbol now held dear by Moslems on top of every mosque and on many Islamic flags. The sun-goddess Allat was originally the wife of Sin and the stars were their daughters. In the Mesopotamian-Ugaritic texts, the Moon-god was sometimes called Kusuh. In Persia, as well as in Egypt, the Moon-god is depicted on wall murals and on the heads of statues. He was the Judge of men and gods.

Semites worshipped the god of the moon, represented by the idol of the golden calf. In ancient Israel and throughout the Near East we have evidence that the crescent moon was used on seal impressions, steles, pottery, amulets, clay tablets, cylinders, weights, earrings, necklaces, wall murals and in all areas of life. Even bread was baked in the form of a crescent as an act of devotion to the Moon-god. The Ur of the Chaldees was so devoted to the Moon-god that it was sometimes called Nannar in tablets from that time period. In Tell-el-Obeid, a copper calf was found with a crescent moon on its forehead.Old Testament books warned against this idolatry [Deut. 4:19;17:3; II Kngs. 21:3,5; 23:5; Jer. 8:2; 19:13; Zeph. 1:5, etc.] and when the Israelites failed in their monotheistic mission and collapsed into idol-worship, it was always to the cult of the Moon-god.

A large temple devoted to the Moon-god was excavated in Ur [modern day Iraq], by Sir Leonard Woolley. The British Museum has many artifacts from Woolley's work which attest to moon worship. The ancient northern Arabian city of Harran, influenced by the Mesopotamian civilization which dominated the Near Eastern world for some 2500 years; was likewise noted for its devotion to the Moon-god. Temples to the moon god have been uncovered in Gaza and Israel. Statues illustrating a man sitting upon a throne with a crescent moon carved on his chest have been found in modern day excavations in both regions.

We know that Nabonidus [555-539 BC], the last king of Babylon, built Tayma in northern Arabia as a center of Moon-god worship. This spread throughout the Arabian peninsula. It is little commented upon, but surely vital, that the Babylonian-Mesopotamian influence, both military and cultural, would have profoundly shaped Arabian theology and society. The Moon-god's name "Sin" is a part of such Arabic words as Mount Sinai, and the wilderness of Sin to name two. While the pagan Arabs worshipped 360 gods at the Kabah in Mecca, the Moon-god was the chief deity. Mecca was in fact built as a shrine for the Moon-god.

In the past 150 years, before modern Moslem states outlawed archeological digs thousands of Sabean, Minaean, and Qatabanian inscriptions depicting moon worship were found in Arabia. Koranic fragments dating from 1000 years before Muhammad were uncovered in southern Arabia and in Syria, Koranic texts written in a different dialect but now found in the Koran dated from 200 years after Muhammad's death have also been found. The Koran is thus not 'uncreated' but very much a man-created document, encompassing an enormous stretch of time [likely 1200 years]; employing pagan poems and post-Muhammad apologetics.

As historian Coon points out: "Muslims are notoriously loath to preserve traditions of earlier paganism and like to garble what pre-Islamic history they permit to survive in anachronistic terms." Islam is not a religion in the Western sense of that word. It is a crude, Bronze-age inspired and derived cult, in which moon worship and the attendant rituals around that veneration, were installed as 'divine' and 'right'.

It is quite obvious that the temple or Ka'ba of the Moon-god was active before and during Muhammad's life. Evidence gathered from both North and South Arabia demonstrate that Moon-god worship was clearly a central feature in Arabian life even in Muhammad's day and was still the dominant cult. According to numerous inscriptions, while the name of the Moon-god was Sin, his title was al-ilah, i.e. 'the deity', or 'the Lord', meaning that he was the chief or high god among the gods.

As Coon pointed out, "The god Il or Ilah was originally a phase of the Moon God." The Moon-god was called al-ilah, i.e. the god, which was shortened to Allah in pre-Islamic times. The pagan Arabs even used Allah in the names they gave to their children. For example, both Muhammad's father and uncle had Allah as part of their names.

Muhammad took the reigning cult of the moon; and married it to his own fascistic governance. Imitating Moses, Muhammad declared himself the only spokesman and leader of the cult. Miraculously, the moon deity was so impressed with Muhammad's intolerant odes and demands; that he chose this brigand to be his only mouthpiece. In the name of the moon idol, the 'ilah' Muhammad, buttressed by Koranic fascist intolerance; set out to steal, war, rape, plunder, and sex his way to power. Don't all prophets own 20 sex-slaves, and cover themselves in gold and jewels, the derivatives of war, plunder, and murder ?
