Until the advent of materialism and 19th c. dogma, Western Civilisation was superior to anything Islam had developed. Islam has not aided in the development of the modern world; in fact civilisation has only been created in spite of Islam. Proof of this resides in the 'modern' world and the unending political-economic and spiritual poverty of Muslim states and regions. Squatting on richer civilisations is not 'progress'. Islam is pagan, totalitarian, and irrational.

If you stand at Heathrow 4 arrivals for any length of time, you will count on any single day and hour literally hundreds of Muslims entering the UK. By 2050 40% of the UK population will be Muslim.
When Muslims conquer states through demography, they focus on the urban areas. Large swathes of London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Bradford, Leicester, Nottingham, Northhampton, Luton and other UK urban areas are already Muslimified. Given the open borders, family reunification, endless visas which are abused and high birth rates, one should expect a UK Caliphate to be formed, either across the UK entirely, or within its urban cores.
