67% of this Sura is a hate screed against non-Moslems. Perhaps Moslems and their Western abettors can explain this to Infidels. There are 24 verses in this Sura. 16 state that the Jews and Christians will be destroyed; or must be attacked; or shall anyways face the wrath of Allah and be retired to eternal hellfire. In other words 67% of this Sura is dedicated to hating the Kufar. 5 verses reiterate that your only duty as a Muslim is to fear the moon idol and follow his or Mohammed's dictums [the two are conflated in the Koran rather conveniently for Mohammed]. 3 verses have some nice things to say about Arabs who became Muslims and who accepted Allah before they were destroyed. None have anything pleasant to say about Jews or Christians, proving yet again that Islam is inter-'faith' love and respect.

5. 3: “...in the Hereafter they shall (certainly) have the punishment of the Fire.”
   ['They' references Jews, Christians and pagans who don't follow Mohammed.]
   v. 4 “...that is because they resisted Allah and his Messenger...” 
   [Jews and Christians viewed Mohammed as insane for the most part, with his jumbled and incoherent view of the Biblical texts and his inaccurate memory of Jewish-Christian events, personalities and locations.]
   v. 13 “Of a truth you are stronger (than they) because of the terror in their hearts, (sent) by Allah. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.” 
   v. 14 “They will not fight you (even) together, except in fortified townships, or from behind walls....they are a people devoid of wisdom.”
   [Jews and Christians are cowards and ignoramuses because they rejected the moon idol cult.]
   v. 15 “..in the Hereafter for them there is a grievous Penalty;-”
   v. 17 “The end of both will be that they will go into the Fire, dwelling therein forever. Such is the reward of wrong-doers.”
   [Wrong doing in the Koran, means not following the Allah cult.]

Terror is to be used against the Jews and Christians as stated in verse 2. Allah condones it:

“...and they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But the (Wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it), and cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers.”

Moslems will be aided by Allah, both of whom will terrorize and destroy the Infidels and their dwellings. Indeed the Infidels will be so seized by terror that they shall willingly eradicate their own cities and flee. Non-Moslems will have no choice but to submit or fear the wrath of Allah and the Moslems as Sura 20 states – Moslems are simply superior:

“Not equal are the Companions of the Fire and the Companions of the Garden: it is the Companions of the Garden that will achieve Felicity.”

Infidels will burn in Hell-fire. Moslems will repose in the after-life to gardens and endless delights. All for following Muhammad's family moon deity or Hub'Allah; and his raging rant named Recital. Good deal.

“He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colors). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, declares his praises and Glory: and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” [v.24]

Here is another hypothesis. Perhaps this Allah is really Muhammad and that Muhammad took over the name 'ilah' or 'Lord' conflating it with himself. This seems more likely than attributing Master of the Universe status to Hub'Al, the Assyro-Babylonian moon idol who had a consort Allat and 3 daughters.
