Until the advent of materialism and 19th c. dogma, Western Civilisation was superior to anything Islam had developed. Islam has not aided in the development of the modern world; in fact civilisation has only been created in spite of Islam. Proof of this resides in the 'modern' world and the unending political-economic and spiritual poverty of Muslim states and regions. Squatting on richer civilisations is not 'progress'. Islam is pagan, totalitarian, and irrational.

Even when events conspire against the 'Islam is civilization and love' narrative, the MSM, political geniuses and the lying bureaucracy always apply 'sectarian', 'militant', 'terrorist', to the description, and quickly divorce the action from Islam, Moslems, or Jihad.
The Boko Harem [Western books are forbidden] fascists in Nigeria, have recently abducted 300 mostly Christian schoolgirls. They will be, or have already been, raped and sold into sex slavery. This sick, immoral, pathologically ill act has been in place for 1400 years within Islam. It is not new. Yet to the big brains in the media Boko Harem has nothing to do with Islam; the girls are not Christian, and they will likely be 'returned'. Ibrahim [link]:

The group has bombed or burned hundreds of Christian churches in the last several years, most when packed for service, including on Christmas Day and Easter Day, leaving countless worshippers dead or dismembered. In its bid to cleanse northern Nigeria of all Christian presence—a repeatedly stated goal—it has threatened to poison the food eaten by Christians and stormed areas where Christians and Muslims were intermingled, singling the Christians out before slitting their throats.”
Christian girls raped and sold into sex slavery. Thousands of dead Christians in Nigeria. Hundreds of Church assets burnt or looted. Moslems demanding the slaughter of Christians. Yet nary a word from the Western media, and when they do cover the story, it is always cloaked in the Orwellian gibberish of 'sectarian violence', 'acts of terrorism', and 'cultural fault lines'.
