At the time of mad Muhammad's disjointed sermonizing and creation of the Allah-cult, most Meccans were largely pagans with a sprinkling of Jews and Christians. They had no time for the rantings and ramblings of a mad poet. The ensuring bitterness and Moslem hatred towards Pagans, Jews and Christians manifested in Mein Koran, is vibrant and profound.
