Until the advent of materialism and 19th c. dogma, Western Civilisation was superior to anything Islam had developed. Islam has not aided in the development of the modern world; in fact civilisation has only been created in spite of Islam. Proof of this resides in the 'modern' world and the unending political-economic and spiritual poverty of Muslim states and regions. Squatting on richer civilisations is not 'progress'. Islam is pagan, totalitarian, and irrational.
The Koran is a Manichean and dichotomous document, one made for a cult not a religion. The Koran neatly and vividly divides the world into two spheres; one which includes the divinely inspired and protected Moslems who follow the true-sharia path of the Allah-thing; and the 'others' or those who have rejected Islam and who make nothing but 'mischief' in the world. Such a division highlights a cult of course. A true religion will have the immanent Golden Rule – something that does not exist in Islam – natural law rights, free will and rationality. The Koran espouses the opposite. One cannot read or comprehend either the Koran or Islam without knowing and consciously remembering that the main purpose of the Koran is to present a supremacist plan as to why the Moslems are better than the rest; and why they must and will inherit the world. Within this document reasons are given as to why impious Moslems are those who have rejected the divinity of the Allah-idol [male moon deity of pre-Mohammedan times]; are inferior, to be punished; and to be dominated by true-believing Moslems. No serious study of the Koran can refute the above.
Mufsidun is yet another category within Islamic jurisprudence and Koranic theology, which attempts to demonize anyone who does not follow the cult's prescriptions. It supports the aforementioned comments in the preceding paragraph. The label of 'Mufsidun' would apply to those Muslims who are insufficiently Islamic, as well as to those infidels who have completely rejected the cult and live in an 'unjust, evil' and 'rebellious' state of disbelief.
10-91 Now (you believe) while you refused to believe before and you were one of the Mufsidun (evil-doers, corrupts, etc.).
That is the crux of Mufsidun isn't it? Before you did not believe in the Allah cult and you were cursed. Now you believe and are accepted. Allah knows all, even if you quietly reject him, you are still a Mufsidun.
10-140 And of them there are some who believe therein, and of them there are some who believe not therein, and your Lord is All-Aware of the Mufsidun(evil-doers, liars, etc.).
The great 'mischief' or trouble-makers are of course the Jews and Christians. The Koran presents 12 occurrences of the Arabic word for 'Musfidun' and all of these references identify the 'idolators' as the most perniciously stubborn of the Musfidun. As well anyone who does not follow the commands of Mohammed, who attempts to fight Moslems or create disturbance within Islamic society [rebelling against Islamic codes]; or who dares to disavow any aspect of Allah theology is a Musfidun.
28-77 But seek, with that (wealth) which Allah has bestowed on you, the home of the Hereafter, and forget not your portion of legal enjoyment in this world, and do good as Allah has been good to you, and seek not mischief in the land. Verily, Allah likes not the Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts). [Khan]
No one likes 'mischief makers'. The above Sura is an attempt at a legal code most of which is found in the longer Suras 4 and 9. Don't make mischief is a good rule. As long as the system is fair and equitable you should pay your taxes [including the welfare transfer tax, the Zakat]; support your sovereign, refrain from disturbing the social peace and harming others. So far so good. But the entire context of Mufsidun, is to differentiate those who follow Allah's Koran and those who in part, or in whole reject it. These are the vigorous and inveterate mischief-makers.
5-64: The Jews say: "Allah's Hand is tied up (i.e. He does not give and spend of His Bounty)." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for what they uttered. Nay, both His Hands are widely outstretched. He spends (of His Bounty) as He wills. Verily, the Revelation that has come to you from Allah increases in most of them their obstinate rebellion and disbelief. We have put enmity and hatred amongst them till the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war, Allah extinguished it; and they (ever) strive to make mischief on earth. And Allah does not like the Mufsidun(mischiefmakers). [Hilali-Khan]
The above is pretty clear and was written as the Jews were being systematically targeted, butchered and expunged from Arabia from 622 AD to 632 AD. 'Allah does not like the Mufidun'. Jews are the most recalcitrant trouble-makers and Allah has purposefully led them astray and emboldened their 'rebellion and disbelief'. Moslems have little choice therefore but to resist and fight these pagans.
38-28 Shall We treat those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, as Mufsidun (those who associate partners in worship with Allah and commit crimes) on earth? Or shall We treat the Muttaqun (pious - see V.2:2), as the Fujjar (criminals, disbelievers, wicked, etc)?
The question answers itself. Why should Moslems treat the nefarious Mufsidun the same as the pious or Muttaqun? Fujjar or criminals, and Mufsidun the trouble-makers surely deserve the same fates? Allah will certainly aid Mohammed and his cult in seeing that the Fujjars and Mufsidun are properly punished.
29-30 He said: "My Lord! Give me victory over the people who are Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts).
Pagans are also Mufsidun. Arab tribes adopted Islam at the point of conquest or for political and economic reasons. When Mohammed died revolts against Islamic supremacism and over-taxation quickly arose. Few of these pagan Arab tribes took Islam that seriously in its formative stages. Mohammed had warned that any tribe which did not prostrate itself to the Allah cult would be punished.
29-36 And to (the people of) Madyan (Midian), We sent their brother Shu'aib (Shuaib). He said: "O my people! Worship Allah, and hope for (the reward of good deeds by worshipping Allah Alone, on) the last Day, and commit no mischief on the earth as Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts).
Rising up against Moslem supremacism is certainly a case of being a Mufsidun. Islam is the state and Islam is the only means of social organization. Disturbing the social peace is therefore any action which disrupts totalitarian Islamic rule. In Koranic theology, and within the cult of Mohammed it is clear that not supporting the Moslem state, or the dogma of Mohammed is 'Mufsidun', and a crime. Being an infidel is the worse possible state of Mufsidun.
