Until the advent of materialism and 19th c. dogma, Western Civilisation was superior to anything Islam had developed. Islam has not aided in the development of the modern world; in fact civilisation has only been created in spite of Islam. Proof of this resides in the 'modern' world and the unending political-economic and spiritual poverty of Muslim states and regions. Squatting on richer civilisations is not 'progress'. Islam is pagan, totalitarian, and irrational.
The cult of submission's main document, entitled 'Recital', spends a lavish amount of time on promoting slavery. Ten per-cent of Recital discusses slavery in particular the 3 main themes of Koranic slavery, namely that women are the slaves of men; Infidels are the slaves of Moslems and all humans are the slaves of Muhammad's family moon deity, the ilah, or Hub'Al, the male Meccan moon object.
Slavery along with violence are the main twin themes of Muhammadan liturgy. The important fact in Islam is that the theology could care less how you treat non-cult members, women, Jews and Christians. The vital impulse is submission and recital. Recite your rituals. Memorize the words of the un-created Koran. Mindlessly follow what Koranic law stipulates and allows. Ignorantly assume that whatever Muhammad said or did was divinely sanctioned and appropriate – even in a modern society 14 centuries divorced from the pagan, barbaric origins of the cult of Hub'Al.
Sura 44 or Fire and Smoke, reviewed here, has 1/3 of its text devoted to hate speech and aggression against non-Moslems and pagans who question Recital, or Muhammad. We learn that Infidels will eat poisonous food and be tortured in a fiery blaze:

Heart-warming. No love and tolerance, and little hope for the Infidel in Islamic exegesis.
Jews were and are wayward slaves of Al-Lah. In the Moslem fantasy-world, the Jews were errant Moslems, originally ordained by Al-Lah to spread the word of Islam. Thus Moses and all Jewish prophets including Christ are really Moslem. No insanity in that is there?

Judaism has nothing in common with Islam, a fact that self-loathing Jews too dense to read the Koran or the evolution of Judaism and Judaic history care to fathom. Islam is a Meccan-Arabian centric cult which appropriated Jewish and Christian traditions and texts, in order to both subvert and demean these Semitic monotheistic organizations. Islam is always presented by Moslems as 'the last', or the 'final' monotheism. This is about as supremacist a dialectical as one could invent. Islam is the last and final cult, because Muhammad, its warrior-politician and founder is the last 'prophet'; and its text, is the last and best example of a religious dialectic fusing the older monotheisms with the Arab 'new'. Or so the propaganda of Muhammad maintains.
Islam is in fact a cult of violence, racism [against Blacks], and supremacist theology, wrapped up in a dialectical gibberish that is anti-humanist, irrational, and quite fascistically pagan. The individual means nothing within Islam. No free-will exists, and neither do the concepts of freedom or reason. Violence, slavery and submission. That is all Islam offers.
